![]() ![]() Customer service of Jeffree Star is of garbage grade. I recently put in an order from Sephora for a lip stain to try since I’m hard on the sticks, so I can’t wait to see how that compares to traditional creams and glosses. I ordered for the first time from Jeffree star, and now will never ever order again as I had the worst purchase experience. From what I can tell by looking at his line, I am actually pretty certain that most all of his unique colors would be too much for day to day wear! I really don’t think I could pull off the Black Onyx body frost on a normal work day! This color on me personally, is a little too loud for my line of work (medical records department) so I will use this on the weekends or at night. It’s hard for me to complain about how long the color stays put, because I vape nearly all day and most of the lipstick either comes off on my e-cig or cups of soda…lol. (Not noted when order was placed) So who knows when they will get around to processing my order. ![]() Contacted customer care and was told 14 days to process and they would be closed January 2-8 for mandatory inventory. Placed my order almost 2 weeks ago still not processed. I don’t know if its because I have yet to get a good lip primer or not, but I usually have to top it off with some clear gloss. Wish I would have checked reviews before order was placed. Fans accused Jeffree Star Cosmetics founder of false advertising. Sometimes though, the color comes out in a clump you just have to even it out I’m guessing that’s why the directions on the tube say to give it a good shake for 5 seconds before using.Ī problem I have with this is the sticky feeling it leaves on my lips once it dries. Jeffree Star refunds customers for makeup mystery box after complaints over stickers. I think the product goes on smoothly with the applicator it comes with. The shade, Candyass is a shimmery pinkish mauve shade and contains a lot of gold microglitter, which I noticed more when I wiped the swatch (shown below) off. I love the crazy unique names he gives his shades! I also really want to try the “Deceased” and “Designer Blood” shades soon. This is my first ever Jeffree Star cosmetic to try so I was super excited to find them on Beautylish. ![]()
